We repair and recycle
We have adopted the principle of the circular economy since the beginning of our business, repairing used spindles to extend their life cycle.
In addition, the materials they are made of, when discarded, are reintroduced, where possible, through recycling. This means, they can be continuously reused within the production cycle generating additional value.
The repair of spindles is on two levels:
1. OVERHAULING
The spindles are disassembled, cleaned and reassembled with new bearings, top damper and bottom spool holder.
2.REGENERATION
The spindles are disassembled, cleaned and reassembled with new bearings, axle, pulley, top damper and bottom spool holder.
